Tzvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova, Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Mrs Borislavova was appointed as member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank at the General meeting of shareholders held on July, 5th, 2011 and she was entered in the Commercial Register on July, 18th, 2011. Mrs. Borislavova was appointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Mrs Borislavova is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CSIF AD since 2005. CSIF AD is a private investment company. Its shareholders are Tzvetelina Borislavova and her Credo Bonum Foundation. CSIF AD invests in areas which are traditionally strong and with priority to Bulgaria as well as in innovative technologies, sustainable energy industries and agriculture.

Mrs Borislavova was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CIBANK AD from 2001 to 2010. She held management positions in several leading Bulgarian companies. Mrs Borislavova is also involved in the management of non-profit organizations.

Mrs Borislavova held MBA in International Economic Relations and External Activities at Karl Marx Higher Institute of Economics, Sofia and MBA in Spanish Philology at Sofia University  ‘St. Kliment of Ohrid’.

Marshall L. Miller, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Miller is member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank since February 2006 when the Bank went into two – teir system of management. Since October 2008 Mr. Miller has been Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Mr Miller was member of the Board of Directors of the bank since it was established in 1996 until July 2001 and after that from June 2002 until his appointment as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board in February 2006.

Mr Miller is member of the Board of Directors of the America for Bulgaria Foundation. Earlier he was member of the Board of Directors of BAEF from 1991 until 2009.

Since 1995 he has been a partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm Baise & Miller. Previously he occupied various government positions in the United States, including: Special Assistant to the Administrator and Chief Judicial Officer of the US Environmental Protection Agency; Associate Deputy Attorney General, US Department of Justice; Administrator of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Assistant Secretary of Labor. Mr Miller has written several books on environmental law. Mr. Miller graduated Harvard University and had a Master's degree from the Faculty of Law, Yale University, USA.

Evgeni Ivanov, Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr Ivanov was appointed as member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank on October, 20th, 2008.

Since 2006 Mr Ivanov serves as CEO and member of the Management Board of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria

Form 2000 until 2006 Mr Ivanov served as Secretary General of the Bulgarian Employers Association. Prior to that, from 1998 until 2000 he was Executive Director of Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum affiliated to the Prince of Wales Business Leaders Forum, UK. During the period 1983-1993 Mr. Ivanov worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and had various diplomatic missions.

Mr Ivanov graduated Moscow International Relations State University and the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna.

Kiril Manov, Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr Kiril Manov was appointed as member of the Supervisory Board in April 2007.

From 1991 to 2007 Mr Manov was Secretary General of the Constitutional Court of Republic of Bulgaria. Previously he was member of the Board of Directors of Sofia Sheraton Hotel Balkan from 1991 to 1997. During the period 1990-1991 he was Counselor and Director of Bulgarian Prime Minister’s Office.

Earlier for more than 30 years Mr Manov has been Chief Editor of "Prof. Marin Drinov" Academic Publishers at the Bulgarian Academy of Science. Mr Manov has an MA in Law from the Faculty of Law, Sofia University.

Martin Boychev Ganev, Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr Martin Ganev was appointed as member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank at the Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on July, 5th, 2011 and was entered in the Commercial Register on 18.07.2011.

Mr Ganev was Executive Director of CSIF AD from 2007 to 2009. During this period he was also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Despred AD. In the period 1999 - 2007 Mr Ganev was First Deputy General Director of Economy and Finance at Lukoil Bulgaria EOOD and from 2000 to 2008 he was member of the Board of Directors of PIC Lukoil Bulgaria AD. In the period 2001 – 2002 he was member of the Board of Directors of Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas AD. From 1993 to 1999 Mr Ganev worked as Corporate Finance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Currently Mr Ganev occupies management positions in other private companies and participates in the management of non-profit organizations.

Mr Ganev held MBA in Economics at Moscow International Relations State University and qualified ACCA by the standards of England and Wales.

Jason Lyle Cook, Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr Jason Cook was appointed as member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank at the Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on July, 5th, 2011.

Mr Cook has over 15 years of investment, research and banking experience. Since the beginning of 2011 Mr Cook serves as Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa Department and member of Gramercy’s Investment Committee, London – a fund for investments in developing markets, established in 1998.

Before his re-joining to Gramercy in 2011 Mr Cook served as CFO/Director of Strategic Developments at Prista Oil Group BV. From 2007 to 2009 Mr. Cook was Managing Director - European Regional Head in Arco Capital Corporation. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Cook was Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst at Gramercy where he specialized in distressed debt investments and private equity investments in Latin America and Eastern Europe.

Prior to his work at Gramercy Mr Cook worked UBS for 3 years as Director and as  Analyst of developing markets. He started his carrier as Investment Analyst at Offitbank in 1996.

Mr Cook has a BA in Political Economy and History from the Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. Mr Cook held Master's degree in Business Administration at the Tulane University, A.B. Freeman Business School. Mr Cook has Chartered Financial Analyst qualification (CFA).
