Entry in the Commercial Register of Changes in the Management Board of BACB

We notify you herewith about circumstances representing inside information related to Bulgarian American Credit Bank AD (BACB or the Bank) as follows: 

1. On January 3, 2012, Mr. Dimiter Stoyanov Voutchev has been deregistered in the Commercial Register as a Member of the Management Board (MB) and Executive Director of BACB.
2. On January 3, 2012, Mrs. Yanita Georgieva Zagorova-Petrova has been deregistered in the Commercial Register as a Member of the Management Board (MB) and Executive Director of BACB.
3. On January 3, 2012, Mr. Ilian Petrov Georgiev has been registered in the Commercial Register as a Member of the Management Board (MB) of BACB.

The above has been registered in the Commercial Register on the grounds of decisions of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board dated December 14, 2011. 

As of January 3, 2012, the Management Board of BACB consists of four members as follows:

Mr. Vassil Stefanov Simov, Executive Director and Chairman of the MB

Mrs. Tanya Ilieva Keremidchieva, Executive Director

Mr. Ilian Petrov Georgiev, Member of MB

Mrs. Silvia Kirilova Kirilova, Member of MB 

As of January 3, 2012, BACB is represented by the two Executive Directors Mr. Vassil Simov and Mrs. Tanya Keremidchieva always jointly.
