CashM is a quick money transfer from one ATM machine to another. Order a transfer at an ATM machine with your bank card, notify the beneficiary via mobile phone, so they can receive and withdraw the cash at any ATM machine in Bulgaria
Money transfers are ordered at BACB ATM machines designated with the CashM mark. The service is operational 24/7 and during holidays.
Cash is available for withdrawal within 1-2 minutes upon ordering the transfer.
Cash withdrawal is possible upon input of the mobile phone number of the beneficiary at the ATM machine, the four-digit code sent by the originator and the 6-digit code sent via SMS by the CashM system. The beneficiary may withdraw the amount from an ATM without using a bank card. Transfer of funds via CashM is available only to Bulgarian mobile phone owners
How it works
- 1. To order a money transfer, insert your debit or credit card at the ATM machine and select ‘Other services’, ‘Transfer’, ‘CashM order’ from the menu. In the money transfer order, insert the beneficiary’s mobile phone number, your mobile phone number (optional), the transfer amount and a four-digit code of your choice
- The CashМ system automatically sends an SMS notification with a six-digit code to the beneficiary’s mobile phone you inserted
- Notify the beneficiary of the four-digit code you entered in the transfer order
- The beneficiary finds a CashM designated ATM machine and withdraws the amount by entering their mobile phone number and the two codes

Security
- Two-factor authentication – two channels for provision of information necessary for withdrawal by the beneficiary

Who it is suitable for
The service is intended for individual and business clients of BACB.
The originator is a BACB client – holder of an individual or business credit/debit card.
The beneficiary may be anyone with a Bulgarian mobile phone number. There is no age restriction or a requirement for having a bank card or account.
The transfer may be blocked in the following cases
- 168 hours (7 days) have elapsed since the order
- Three unsuccessful withdrawal attempts – three unsuccessful withdrawal attempts with a correct mobile phone number and at least one wrong code entered
- Blocked by BACB
A transfer that is blocked may not be unblocked. It may be returned to the originator by the bank.
