The aim of the guarantee scheme is to facilitate access to finance for SMEs in Bulgaria through a risk sharing facility.
The guarantee covers up to 50% of loans which are aimed at investment projects, working capital needs of enterprises or bank guarantees for tenders, performance, payment, etc.
