On 27.06.2013 the Management Board of the Bank adopted changes in the General terms for payment services, General terms of business and Framework Agreement for payment services

Dear customers,

On 27.06.2013 the Management Board of the Bank adopted changes in the General terms for payment services, General terms of business and Framework Agreement for payment services, effective as of 01.07.2013 for all new customers of the Bank.

Regarding existing customers as of 01.07.2013, the changed General terms and Framework Agreement will become effective (enter into force) as of 01.09.2013. During this period the General terms for payment services, adopted by the Management Board (MB) of the Bank on 30.09.2009, the General terms of business,  adopted by the MB on 21.06.2010, amended by the MB on 08.03.2012 and the Framework Agreement for payment services, adopted by the MB on 30.09.2009 shall apply. In case the customer does not inform the Bank until 01.09.2013 that he does not accept the new General terms and the Framework Agreement, these new terms will be considered binding for the customer. In case that till 01.09.2013 the customer informs the Bank in written that he does not accept them, the customer may terminate his Framework Agreement without being liable for any fees and penalties.
