On 26 June 2014 B2b Magazine awarded the winners in the Fourth National Competition The Greenest Companies in Bulgaria for 2013.  A jury of experts gave the awards to the companies, which contributed the most for the successful introduction of green business practices and their further development in Bulgaria in 2013.

Bulgarian American Credit Bank is the 2013 winner in the Financial Services sector.  The Jury awarded the Bank for its consistent support for green projects based on the wider use of renewable energy, and the saving of resources and fuel.  The Jury was particularly impressed with BACB’s investment in BACB Plus – the first Virtual Bank in Bulgaria.  BACB Plus is a platform which can allow for a wide variety of ecology benefits, including significant saving of fuel and paper.
