The international card organizations Visa and Mastercard are introducing address verification for the cardholder’s billing address when making online purchases. The billing address is the one provided by the cardholder when registering with the Bank.

Gradually, over the coming months, online stores where you shop will begin requiring your billing address as part of the order confirmation process. If the shipping address differs from the one you provided to the bank, you will need to enter both addresses. This will reduce the likelihood of payment being declined due to discrepancies.
