On March 31, 2017 the appointment of Mr. Alexander Dimitrov Dimitrov as a member of the Management Board and an Executive Director and representative of BACB was registered in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency.

The above mentioned circumstances were registered in the Commercial Register pursuant to BACB Management Board decision dated March 14, 2017 and Supervisory Board decision dated March 17, 2017.

As of March 31, 2017 the Management Board of BACB shall consist of the following members:

• Mr. Vassil Stefanov Simov;
• Mr. Ilian Petrov Georgiev;
• Ms. Loreta Ivanova Grigorova; 
• Mr. Alexander Dimitrov Dimitrov; 
• Ms. Silvia Kirilova Kirilova 

As of March 31 2017 BACB shall be represented by any two of the Executive Directors, acting always jointly:

• Mr. Vassil Stefanov Simov;
• Mr. Ilian Petrov Georgiev;
• Ms. Loreta Ivanova Grigorova;
• Mr. Alexander Dimitrov Dimitrov
