We hereby inform you that, effective October 06, 2025, amendments to the General terms and conditions for provision of payment services and related payment instruments (GTC) will come into force.

The main changes in the GTC are as follows:

• Information about instant payments in euros has been added in connection with the launch of the service on October 6, 2025. 
• It is clarified that the payment services "direct debit" and "RINGS" will be executed until December 31, 2025.
• Two new services under VISA mandates are described - "Click to pay" and "VISA+".
• In connection with the upcoming introduction of the euro as the main currency from January 1, 2026, the currency "leva" has been replaced by "national currency" and the guarantee amounts under the LBLA in euros have been added.
• Texts related to customer notifications, payments monitoring, sending statements, etc. have been clarified.
