We would like to inform you that as of December 8, 2025, amendments to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of BACB AD for the Provision of Payment Services and related Payment Instruments will come into effect

• The texts related to the current legislation on measures against money laundering and financing of terrorism have been clarified, and measures related to countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and compliance with restrictive measures (sanctions) have been included;
• Remote banking applications have been added as a new channel for initiating instant  payments in euros SEPA Instant;
• The text of Article 16.5 has been supplemented and a new Article 16.12 has been added, related to the conditions for executing instant payment orders;
