Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that as of March 28, 2025, the Bank will apply changes in the List of terms and conditions, applicable for Individual customers .

The changes in p.6.2 Payment Package "Youth 18-25", are related to the package’s conditions, as follows:

• new note has been added to p. 6.2.1 Opening: “Client requirements - Be between 18 and 25 years old and be a Bulgarian citizen or a foreign citizen with a valid identity document."
• the text in the note to p.6.2 Payment Package "Youth 18-25": “The package is active until the end of the month in which the holder turns 25, after which it is deactivated and automatically transformed into a standard current account, and if it meets the conditions for "Clean Account", it uses its preferences.”
  has been replaced with:
  “The package is active until the end of the month in which the holder turns 25. At the end of the month of reaching 25 years of age, the package is deactivated and automatically transformed into a "Clean Account" current account and uses its preferences and conditions.”
