Dear customers,

We hereby inform you that as of December 8, 2025, amendments to the List of Terms and Conditions applicable to Individual clients will enter into force.

The changes are in Section III. PAYMENTS, as follows:

• point 1.1. and 2.1. – “leva” becomes “national currency”;
• point 2.2. Payments in EUR towards banks within EEA, Switzerland, San Marino and Monaco - it is specified that SEPA payments are Batch and INSTANT payments;
• a new note is added in the Notes section under point 2.2: “3) Limits of INSTANT payment through a remote channel: a) 5,000 EUR per transfer and b) 5,000 EUR daily limit”;
• clarifications are added in the statement about several fees.
