Changes in the List of Terms and Conditions valid as of August 01, 2025
Dear customers,
We hereby inform you that, effective August 01, 2025, amendments to the List of Terms and Conditions, applicable for Individual Customers and the List of Terms and Conditions, applicable for Corporate Clients and Sole Proprietors will come into force.
Changes to the List of Terms and Conditions for Individual Clients
In the PAYMENT ACCOUNTS, DEPOSITS AND SPECIAL ACCOUNTS section, the fee under item 1.5. Review of documents for opening an account of foreign individuals from countries outside the EEA is amended as follows:
- Fee in BGN – from 100 BGN to 200 BGN
- Fee in foreign currency – from 50 EUR to 100 EUR
Changes to the List of Terms and Conditions for Corporate Clients and Sole Proprietors
1. In the PAYMENT ACCOUNTS, DEPOSITS AND SPECIAL ACCOUNTS section, the fee under item 1.4. Review of documents for opening an account of LLE with 25% or more ownership of FLE or foreign individuals, registered outside the EEA is amended as follows:
- Fee in BGN – from 200 BGN to 500 BGN
- Fee in foreign currency – from 100 EUR to 250 EUR
2. In the PAYMENT ACCOUNTS, DEPOSITS AND SPECIAL ACCOUNTS section, the amount of the monthly maintenance fees for accounts of Foreign legal entities is changed to point 2. Monthly maintenance, which becomes as follows:
