We would like to inform you that as of June 1, 2025, the Bank will apply changes as follows in::

• List of terms and conditions, applicable for Individual customers
• List of terms and conditions, applicable for Institutional customers

Changes to the List of terms and conditions, applicable for Individual customers

1. In the Payments section, a new point is added: “Transfer, related to the targeted loan utilization” to  item 2.Outgoing payments/2.1.Payments in BGN regarding instructions for paper-based transfers, submitted at the office and related to targeted loan utilizations (Mortgage loan for purchase of real estate; Mortgage loan for refinancing obligations; Student loan granted under the Law on Lending to Students and Doctoral Students for payment of tuition fee(s); Consumer loan granted under the BDB Program for supporting households through financing investments in renewable energy sources), which are “Free of charges” (requirement according to the ZPK and ZKNIP).

2. In the Cards section, it is specified that the fee for redirecting a card/PIN shipment to another branch of the bank or to an address within the country is charged for each individual action.

3. In the Payments section, item 6.4.Re-registration in the platform for remote banking BACB Online – the fee of 5 BGN becomes “Free of charge”.

4. In the Payment Account section for basic operations:

• Instruction for a credit transfer via online banking to an account with the Bank – the fee from 0.45 BGN becomes 0.40 BGN;
•  Instruction for a credit transfer via online banking to an account at another bank – the fee from 0.98 BGN becomes 0.90 BGN.

Changes to the List of terms and conditions, applicable for Institutional customers

1.       In the Cards section:

• ATM withdrawals at the Bank using a Debit card – the fee from 0.30 BGN becomes 0.15%, minimum 0.30 BGN;
• It is specified that the fee for redirecting a card/PIN shipment to another branch of the bank or to an address within the country is charged for each individual action.

2. In the SME Packages, it is clarified that the number of free transfers also includes “Instant payments in BGN”.

3. In the Documentary Operations section - the fee for revolving letters of credit is abolished.

4. In the Payments section, item 7.4.Re-registration on the BACB Online platform – the fee of 5 BGN becomes “Free of charge”.
