We hereby inform you that, effective October 1, 2026, amendments to the List of Terms and Conditions Applicable to Individual Customers and the List of Terms and Conditions Applicable to Corporate Customers and Sole Traders will come into effect.

Changes to the List of Terms and Conditions Applicable to Individual Customers

1. The description of the transfer fees in p.1 and 2 of Section III. Payments has been amended. The applicable fees will now depend on whether the transfer is from or to a country within the EEA, as follows:

• Transfers in EUR from/towards banks within the country and EEA - are charged as domestic transfers;
• Transfers other than those specified above – are charged as SWIFT payments.

2. A new fee has been introduced for the exchange of banknotes into different denominations, p.7 to Section II Cash Transactions - 3%, min 3 EUR.

3. Under Section I. Current Accounts, p.1.4 Review of documents for registration of foreign individuals from countries outside the EEA, a clarification has been added that where the account is opened for the purpose of receiving salary payments, the applicable fee is 30 EUR (instead of 100 EUR).

Changes to the List of Terms and Conditions Applicable to Corporate Customers and Sole Traders

1. The description of the transfer fees in p.1 and 2 of Section III. Payments has been amended. The applicable fees will now depend on whether the transfer is from or to a country within the EEA, as follows:

• Transfers in EUR from/towards banks within the country and EEA - are charged as domestic transfers;
• Transfers other than those specified above – are charged as SWIFT payments.

3. Under Section I. Current Accounts, p.2 Monthly Maintenance, p.2.3 Account maintenance with monthly statements via email, the fee has been changed from 7.50 EUR  for LLE and 17.50 EUR for FLE to 10 EUR for LLE and 20 EUR for FLE.

4. Under Section I. Current Accounts, p.2 Monthly Maintenance, p.2.4 Account maintenance with daily statements on paper, the fee has been changed from 12 EUR/ 14 USD for LLE and 22 EUR/ 25 USD for FLE to 15 EUR/ 17 USD for LLE and 33 EUR/ 39 USD for FLE.
