Changes to BACB's By-laws
Pursuant to article 100ш, (1), item 1 of the Public Offering of Securities Act and art. 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No.596/2014, Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (BACB) discloses the following circumstance:
On 26 June, 2024 the up-to-date By-laws of "Bulgarian-American Credit Bank" AD with all amendments and supplements approved in accordance with the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 21.05.2024 were published in the Commercial Register maintained by the Registry Agency.
