We would like to inform you that in its new version 33.0 (or higher) of the browser Mozilla Firefox the company has removed the possibility for digital signing of documents.

This, on the other hand, can lead to problems while signing documents with qualified electronic signature in the virtual bank BACB Plus when working with that version of the browser.

In order to use Firefox browser, you should perform the following configuration to activate the ability for digital signing.

Other possible methods for digital signing of documents in the virtual bank BACB Plus are:

•  one-time password generated by display card CODESURE (you should first select it as an active authorization device from Change your authorization device menu in Settings)
•  MS Internet Explorer browser, Google Chrome or Safari
