We would like to inform you that on the 26th, 27th and 28th of October 2024, ATM and POS terminals owned by a large Bulgarian bank have caused duplication of payment transactions.
The bank maintaining the terminals is currently working to recover the duplicated amounts that were withheld.
In case you have used such a device and have duplicated transactions, the duplicated amounts will be refunded to your account in the coming days.
