On November 22nd, 2016 starts the European information campaign against “money mules”. A money mule is someone who is recruited by criminals to launder illegally obtained funds.

In Bulgaria the campaign is organized by GDCOC (General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime) and the Prosecution. BACB supports the campaign by publishing on the bank’s website information materials on the topic – explanatory leaflets and videos.
