On October 17, 2014 the First General Meeting of the Bondholders of the eight mortgage bond issue of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank, ISIN BG2100006142 was held under the agenda as per Call Notice, published in the Commercial Register on October 03, 2014, as follows:

1. Appointment of Representative/s of the Bondholders, holding bonds of the Eight mortgage bond issue of BACB;
2. Miscellaneous;

Bondholders, holding 5 000 bonds representing 100% of the subscribed mortgage bond were present at the meeting.

The General Meeting of the Bondholders appointed “TBI Invest” EAD, UIC 130999800, with headquarters and principal address of business in Sofia, Sofia Municipality, Izgrev District, 13B Tintiava Str., floor 2 as the Representative of the Bondholders of the Eight mortgage bond issue.”
