Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (BACB) published its preliminary unaudited sole and consolidated financial reports as at 30 June 2025 together with the respective Interim activity reports and Letter to the shareholders.

Based on unaudited data as of 30 June 2025 BACB reports financial results for the first half of 2025 as follows:

• Net profit on sole basis of BGN 25.156 million (EUR 12.862 million);
• Net profit on consolidated basis of BGN 25.039 million (EUR 12.802 million);
