Dear customers,

On 29.11.2012 the Management Board of the Bank adopted new General terms and Framework Agreement for remote banking, effective as of 03.12.2012  for all new customers who will use remote banking.

Regarding existing customers, who as of 03.12.2012 use the Internet banking of the Bank, the new General terms for remote banking will become effective (enter into force) as of 03.02.2013. During this period the General terms for using Internet Banking shall apply (adopted by the Management Board of the Bank on 23.03.2010).  In case the customer does not inform the Bank until 03.02.2013 that he does not accept the new General terms for remote banking, these new terms will be considered binding for the customer. In case that till 03.02.2013 the customer informs the Bank in written that he does not accept them, the customer may terminate his Framework Agreement for Internet Banking  without being liable for any fees and penalties.
