Notice of changes in the General Terms and Conditions for Issuing and Using Credit Cards for Individuals and Legal Entities, effective as of January 1, 2026
Dear Customers,
We hereby inform you that as of 01 January 2026, changes will enter into force in the:
The main changes are related to the upcoming introduction of the euro as the official currency of the Republic of Bulgaria and concern the replacement of the currency “BGN (leva)” with “EUR (euro)”.
- Change in the amount of the “Minimum Repayment Amount” from BGN 20 to EUR 10.
- Amendments to clause 4.16 regarding the value of low-value card payment transactions for which additional authentication may not be required, changing from BGN 5 to EUR 2.50.
- Amendments to Section VI. PAYMENTS AND CASH WITHDRAWALS, clause 6.12: transfer of the obligation for payment of due fees and commissions from the card to the cardholder’s account, and discontinuation of the capitalization of due fees and commissions into the utilized credit limit.
- Amendment to Section XXV. OBJECTIONS, DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW, clause 25.4: change in the maximum amount of losses borne by the customer related to all unauthorized payment transactions resulting from the use of a lost, stolen, or unlawfully misappropriated payment instrument, from BGN 100 to EUR 50.

The amount of the “Minimum Repayment Amount” is changed from BGN 20 to EUR 10, and the CASH M service is discontinued.
