Notification under Market Abuse Regulation
We hereby inform you that on 01 August 2019 the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank received notifications under Market Abuse Regulation, as follows:
(1) Notification from Ms. Tzvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova in her capacity of a member of the BACB Supervisory Board;
(2) Notification from “CSIF” AD, UIC 131385285 in its capacity of a closely associated person to Ms. Tzvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova;
As per the notifications received “CSIF” AD, UIC 131385285 conducted transactions on regulated market – “Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia” AD, for acquisition of total 18,441 (eighteen thousand four hundred and forty four) book-entry voting shares with face value of BGN 1.00 from issue ISIN BG1100098059 from the registered capital of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank. The settlement of the transactions was concluded on 02 August 2019.
