(1)   Notification and corrective notification from Ms. Tzvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova in her capacity of a member of the BACB Supervisory Board;
(2)   Notification from and corrective notification “CSIF” AD, UIC 131385285 in its capacity of a closely associated person to Ms. Tzvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova;

As per the notifications received on 12 May 2021“CSIF” AD, UIC 131385285 as seller conducted a transaction for sale of total 722 660 (seven hundred and twenty two thousand six hundred and sixty) book-entry voting shares with face value of BGN 1.00 from the registered capital of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank, issue ISIN BG1100098059.
