We hereby inform you that on 16 June 2021 the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank received notifications under Regulation (EU) 596/ 2014 (Market Abuse Regulation), as follows:

(1)   Two notifications from Ms. Tzvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova in her capacity of a member of the BACB Supervisory Board;
(2)   Notification from “CSIF” AD, UIC 131385285 in its capacity of a closely associated person to Ms. Tzvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova;

As per the notifications received on 15 June 2021“CSIF” AD, UIC 131385285 as seller conducted a transaction with Ms. Tzvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova as a buyer for sale of total 2,465,000 book-entry voting shares with face value of BGN 1.00 from the registered capital of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank, issue ISIN BG1100098059.
