On September 30th 2013 the appointment of Mr. Ilian Petrov Georgiev as an Executive Director of BACB was registered in the Commercial Regsiter with the Registry Agency.
On September 30th 2013 the appointment of Mr. Ilian Petrov Georgiev as an Executive Director of BACB was registered in the Commercial Regsiter with the Registry Agency.
The above mentioned circumstance were registered in the Commercial Register pursuant to BACB Management Board resolution dated September 09, 2013 and Supervisory Board resolution dated September 10, 2013.
As of September 30, 2013 BACB shall be represented by the Executive Directors Mr. Vassil Stefanov Simov, Ms. Tanya Ilieva Keremidchieva and Mr. Ilian Petrov Georgiev, any two of them acting always jointly.
