Pursuant to art. 148b of the Public Offering of Securities Act (POSA) we hereby notify you that on 13 May 2021 Bulgarian-American Credit Bank received notifications for disclosure of direct and indirect shareholding under art. 145 and 146 of the Public Offering of Securities Actfrom CSIF AD and Ms. Tzvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova, as a person having control in the meaning of art. 146 (1) 5 of POSA on the shareholder CSIF AD, notifying and presenting information under art. 145 of POSA, as follows:

On 12 May 2021 CSIF transferred under a sale-purchase transaction 722,660 (seven hundred and twenty-two thousand six hundred and sixty) shares of the BACB capital (ISINBG1100098059), representing 2.93% of the registered share capital of BACB.

As a result of the transaction CSIF holds 14,476,473 shares, representing 58.63% of the BACB registered share capital.
