Pursuant to art. 148b of the Public Offering of Securities Act (POSA) we hereby notify you that on 13 May 2021 Bulgarian-American Credit Bank received notifications for disclosure of direct and indirect shareholding under art. 145 and 146 of the Public Offering of Securities Act from CSIF AD and Ms. Tzvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova, as a person having control in the meaning of art. 146 (1) 5 of POSA on the shareholder CSIF AD and personally as a byuer, notifying and presenting information under art. 145 of POSA, as follows:

On 15 June 2021 CSIF as a seller transferred under a sale-purchase transaction to the buyer Ms. Tzvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova 2,465,000 shares of the BACB capital (ISIN BG1100098059), representing 9.98% of the registered share capital of BACB.
As a result of the transaction above CSIF holds 11,277,473 shares, representing 45.68% of the BACB registered share capital.
As a result of the transaction above Ms. Tzvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova holds 9.98% shareholding in BACB registered capital or 2,465,000 shares.
