BACB does not respond to complaints submitted under this procedure if they are related to an information concerning balances and operations on accounts and deposits representing bank secrecy within the meaning of the Credit Institutions Act. In these cases, you can file a complaint at any BACB's office, as well as send a complaint as an electronic document signed with a qualified electronic signature at: Complaints@bacb.bg or via the remote banking channels BACB Online/BACB Mobile.
