You must have used BACB Plus after 1 January 2020. In case you have not accessed it, you need to visit a convenient BACB office in order to be registered in the new electronic banking - BACB Online.

Enter the Bank's website, Individual Clients section and press the BACB Online button.

Enter your BACB Plus username and password and confirm with eTAN.

Enter the temporary password received as an SMS.

Create a new password and confirm it with eTAN.
