Amended and supplemented General Terms and Conditions for payment services and related payment instruments of BACB will enter into force from 24 April 2020.

The changes are related to the option for a remote consent card payment transactions to be initiated by or through the payee of a payment operation.

The changes are contained in Section VI.2, new Art. 16 of the General Terms and Conditions for payment services and related payment instruments of BACB and introduce the requirements of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act in relation to DIRECTIVE (EU) 2015/2366 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market.
