We would like to inform you that amendments in the General Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Contracts with Clients under Transactions, Involving Financial Instruments (GTC) become effective from September 08,2026.

The amendments to the GTC are as follows:

• In Article 1.1 are specified the texts related to the banking services and activities performed by BACB AD in its capacity as a credit institution, in accordance with the requirements of the Credit Institutions Act.
• In Article 5.1 (b) the amounts in BGN have been removed and only the amounts in EUR are indicated.
