Amendments to the BACB By-laws
On September 10th 2014 in the Commercial Register the amended and supplemented BACB By-laws was announced.
The amendments and supplements to the BACB by-laws were adopted by the extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders held on August 25, 2014
