BACB Presents BIANCA - Your Digital Assistant

In line with its strategy for accelerated digitalization over the past few years, which started with the Virtual Bank’s launch and continued with the fully online processes for opening a deposit account, loan and Clean Account, the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank developed the BIANCA digital assistant. The name was not accidentally selected. The assistant was created for the purpose of providing clear, correct and transparent information on all terms and conditions of the bank’s products, without hidden fees, small print or any other tricks.

BIANCA is a joint project of BACB and DigiTech Consult EOOD - a Bulgarian company enjoying international presence, engaged in the development of innovative solutions for the benefit of its customers. The technology used is based on conversational artificial intelligence. The digital assistant was developed on the DRUID AI platform, allowing flexibility and adaptability of virtual assistants and high-quality integrated services.

BACB's ambition is to gradually present all its products, services and sales processes through the BIANCA digital assistant, which will also change the way of communicating with our clients and their experience. Since the beginning of April, BIANCA has been available to assist anyone having questions related to consumer loans, deposit and savings products; searching for information on taxes and utility bills payment; interested in an overdraft or mortgage loan, or those intrigued by the Clean Account product. The virtual assistant will help you resolve any difficulties with BACB Online and the BACB Pay mobile wallet. The digital assistant can even respond to inquiries from corporate clients. If BIANCA is unable to find an answer to any of your questions, it will directly connect you to the competent bank officer.

This modern interactive application will continuously improve and upgrade the digital solutions offered to our clients. We will add various new functionalities to BIANCA's capabilities every month and she will further develop her artificial intelligence.

She will soon be able to identify users and provide personal information on account balances, loan obligations, upcoming payments, and any other personal information related to the products used by the client.

When we launch the automated loan process, BIANCA will be able to directly assist you in obtaining an online loan and digitally signing the loan agreements with Eurotrust. She will also be able to assist you in opening a Clean Account without visiting a bank office.

To ensure a better client experience, BIANCA will support voice communication, along with Viber and Facebook Messenger communication in the near future.
