Pursuant to art. 8 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2178, "Bulgarian-American Credit Bank" analyzed its credit portfolio to identify the loan exposures to eligible and ineligible economic activities under the EU Taxonomy, related to the environmental objectives of mitigating climate change and those of adapting to climate change. The analysis shows the Bank's results achieved within the period 1st January – 31st December 2023.
