Changes in BACB Management Board
On December 11, 2014 the Supervisory Board of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank AD took the following decisions:
(1) Relieving of Ms. Tanya Ilieva Keremidchieva, UIN 5311186896 as a member of the Management Board of BACB and confirmation of the decision for relieving Ms. Tanya Keremidchieva from the position of “Executive Director” of BACB;
(2) Appointment of Ms. Loreta Ivanova Grigorova, UIN 6510010155 as a member of the Management Board of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank;
The Bank shall undertake actions for registration of the above mentioned circumstances in the Commercial Register, after receiving the necessary approvals by BNB pursuant to the Credit Institutions Act.
