Changes in General Terms and Conditions and Framework Agreement for individuals

We would like to inform you that as of 01.01.2025 BACB makes changes in:
The text of Article 120, item 2 concerning the way of informing customers when General Terms and Conditions has been changed, as follows:
The notification and the information about the envisaged changes shall be send via an email message or via text message/SMS send to the specified by the Customer for communication e-mail or mobile telephone number or via post to the specified by the Customer post address (in absence of provided e-mail and mobile telephone number). Information about the envisaged changes shall be provided on paper at the Bank’s counters and in electronic form on the Bank’s corporate website, in Bulgarian and English.
Amendment in Article 7 – stating that notification of changes in the Framework Agreement will be made in accordance with Article 120, item 2 of the General terms and conditions for the provision of payment services and related payment instruments.
Amends Article 23.1 by specifying the way of informing customers when General Terms and Conditions has been changed, as follows:
