We would like to inform you that as of February 11, 2026, amendments to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of BACB AD for the Provision of Payment Services and related Payment Instruments will come into effect

 The amendments to the GTC are as follows:

•  In Article 30 of Section II.4. Obligations on Using Payment Instruments and Access to Customers’ Accounts. Blocking. – are clarified the texts related to the channels through which the Customer/ User/ Consumer fulfills the obligation to inform the Bank, without making distinction between the type of payment instrument - the three channels are applicable to all payment instruments.
  The phone numbers for contact with the Bank have been added: 070014488/*4488, the service is available 24/7.
• Everywhere in the GTC the amounts in BGN have been removed and only the amounts in EUR are indicated.
