In accordance with art. 114 of the Public Offering of Securities Act (POSA) and pursuant to a resolution of the General Meeting of the Shareholders dated July 18, 2013, on July 24, 2013 the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank AD as a purchaser acquired from the seller Imoti Direct REIT through a sale-purchase agreement /notary deed/ the ownership titles on real estate properties, located in Burgas.
