On August 6th 2015 the appointment of Ms. Loreta Ivanova Grigorova as an Executive Director and representative of BACB was registered in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency.
The above mentioned was registered in the Commercial Register pursuant to BACB Management Board decision dated July 2, 2015 and Supervisory Board decision dated July 16, 2015.
As of August 6, 2015 BACB shall be represented by any two of the Executive Directors Mr. Vassil Stefanov Simov, Mr. Ilian Petrov Georgiev and Ms. Loreta Grigorova, acting always jointly.
