The Financial Supervision Commission granted confirmation of the Prospectus for admitting for trading on regulated market of the mortgage bond issue of the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank, ISIN BG2100006142 in the amount of 5,000,000 Euro, divided in 5,000 common, interest-bearing, book-entry, registered, transferable, securitized, non-convertible bonds with face value of 1,000 Euro, issued on September 25, 2014 and date of maturity September 25, 2019 with Decision No. 53-E dated January 30, 2015.

The mortgage bond issue is registered in the Financial Supervision Commission register under art. 30 (1), pt. 3 of the Financial Supervision Commission Act.

BACB published the Prospectus for admitting for trading on regulated market of the mortgage bond issue of the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank, ISIN BG2100006142. The Prospectus sets out the complete information about the Issuer – Bulgarian-American Credit Bank, which is necessary for the investors for precise evaluation of the economic and financial conditions, the assets and liabilities and the financial condition of the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank and investment decision, including the major risks related to the Issuer and its activities as well as the rights associated to the mortgage bond issue. It is in the investors’ interest prior to the investment decision to get acquainted with the complete Prospectus for admitting to trade on regulated market of mortgage bonds, i.e. with the Registration Document, the Document for the offered mortgage bonds and the Resume.

The eight mortgage bond issue of BACB is submitted to admitting for trade on Main Market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia AD, Bonds section. Exchange transactions with the mortgage bonds shall be possible after the admission of the bonds for trading on a date, specified by the BSE Board of Directors.

The mortgage bonds of the issue are not offered and are not submitted and/or admitted for trading on any other regulated or equivalent securities market except for the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia AD. The distribution of the Prospectus in some jurisdictions outside Bulgaria may be restricted by law and the persons that may possess the Prospectus should be informed for these restrictions and comply with them.
