We hereby inform you that on May 26, 2026 under the batch of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank in the Commercial Register and the Register on NPLE changes to the BACB Supervisory Board as per decisions of the General Meeting of the Shareholders dated 19 May 2026 were registered, namely:

(1)    Relieving of Mr. Petar Georgiev Atanasov of his duties as a member of the Supervisory Board.
(2)    Appointment of Mr. David John Mack as a member of the Supervisory Board with a term of office until May 19, 2031.
(3)    Re-electing Ms. Tsvetelina Borislavova Karagyozova and Mr. Martin Boychev Ganev as members of the Supervisory Board for a new five-year term until May 19, 2031
