Terms and Conditions for Dividend Payment for 2023
In relation to the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank AD of 21 May 2024 for distribution in the form of dividend of part of the profit of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank AD for 2023, after taxation, in the amount of BGN 19,753,050.40 (nineteen million seven hundred and fifty-three thousand and fifty and forty cents/stotinki), Unique Identifier of the Event BACB210524DV, the Management Board of BACB AD adopted a reslution to specify the terms and conditions of payment of the dividend as follows:
- Gross amount of the dividend per share - BGN 0.80
- Net amount of dividend per share - BGN 0.76
- Person under Article 64 of Regulation No. 8 of the FSC d.d. 03.09.2020 on the requirements to the activity of central securities depositories - "Bulgarian-American Credit Bank" AD
- Method of payment of the dividend - through "Central Depository" AD, in the following manner:
a) For shareholders whose shares are held with persons who hold and administer financial instruments on behalf of clients (investment intermediaries), respectively - with persons under art. 133 of the Financial Instruments Markets Act, the dividend shall be paid through the respective investment intermediary
b) For shareholders whose shares are held in personal accounts, the dividend shall be paid through the offices of "Bulgarian-American Credit Bank" AD on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria - Initial date of dividend payment - 27 June 2024
- Closing date of dividend payment through the person under art. 64 of Regulation No. 8 of the FSC (BACB AD) - 23 December 2024
- All expenses related to the payment of the dividend shall be borne by the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank.
After the deadline for the payment of the dividend, within the five-year limitation period, any shareholder who has not received his dividend for 2023 may receive it from BACB AD in cash or by bank transfer, upon express written request, at the address of the registered office of BACB AD 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, 2 Slavyanska Street, e-mail ir@bacb.bg or tel. + 35929058271.
Unreceived and unclaimed dividends after the expiry of the five-year limitation period shall be allocated to the Reserve Fund of BACB
