BACB Mobile

Important:

To register BACB Signer you need to use two devices:

  1. Mobile Phone, on which BACB Mobile will be installed.
  2. Another device (computer, tablet, phone) to access BACB Online е-banking platform and to activate BACB Mobile.

Steps:

  1. Download BACB Mobile from the store (App Store for iOS, Play Store for Android, App Gallery for Huawei).
    Open BACB Mobile and in Username field enter the user name you use to log in to BACB Online.

  2. Log in BACB Online from a browser on your other device (computer, tablet, phone).
    From General Information tab select Settings → Security settings → QR Code tab and press Generate a QR Code button

  3. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone.

  4. Create 6-digits PIN code for login to the BACB Mobile.
    Confirm your choice with an eTAN. Press the eTAN request button and you will receive an eTAN code via SMS to your mobile phone number

  5. After successful login in BACB Mobile with a PIN code, you are allowed to add biometrics for login in the app (fingerprint or facial recognition) depending on your mobile device model.
