Bulgarian American Credit Bank has won the prize for the greenest bank of Bulgaria for 2021 in the 11th edition of the b2b Media contest for "The Greenest Companies in Bulgaria". The award, which BACB has received for the 5th time, was presented at an official ceremony held on 14 May in the Theatre Hall of the St. George Private School, Sofia. 

The contest, known as the Green Business Oscars, involves companies that have ambitions to improve their environmental performance, implement sustainable policies, create green ideas, campaigns, events, initiatives and support causes for a healthier environment. Their achievements are evaluated according to 9 key criteria such as sustainable investments, green practices and their promotion.

The prize in the category "Banking Sector" is awarded for the implementation of sustainable green policies, organizing campaigns that have a beneficial effect on the environment, creating "green products" and their communication in public. We are happy that our work, the efforts of the entire BACB team and the policies pursued by the Bank for sustainable development and reducing the impact on the environment are visible and highly appreciated.

The award motivates us even more to strive for harmony between innovative banking, customer satisfaction and sustainable environmental policies.
