On June 23rd 2026 the Supervisory Board of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank took a decision for appointment of Ms. Afrodita Dimitrova Milanova as a member of the Management Board of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank.

By Decision No. 229 of June 15th, 2026, the Governing Council of the Bulgarian National Bank granted preliminary approval pursuant to art. 11, paragraphs 3 and 1 of the Credit Institutions Act and Ordinance No. 20 of the BNB for Ms. Afrodita Dimitrova Milanova to assume the position of member of the BACB Management Board.

BACB will take the necessary actions for the registration on the newly appointed Management Board member in the Commercial Register.
