General Meeting of the Bondholders of BACB’s Bond Issue
On January 24th 2023 the first General Meeting of the Bondholders of the Bonds Issue of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank, issued in compliance to art. 69a of the Recovery and Resolution of Credit Institutions and Investment Firms Act (RRCIIFA), ISIN BG2100022222, was held under the agenda as per Call Notice, published in the Commercial Register on 3rd January 2023, as follows:
- Appointment of Representative/s of the Bondholders, holding bonds of the Bonds Issue of BACB, ISIN BG2100022222, issued in compliance to art. 69a of the RRCIIFA

Bondholders, holding 160 bonds representing 53.33% of the subscribed bond issue were present at the meeting.
The General Meeting of the Bondholders appointed “Mercury 21” KDA, UIC 205698486, with headquarters and registered business address in Sofia, Sofia Municipality, Sredets District, 132 Georgi.S.Rakovski Str. Entrance A, floor 1, ap. 3 through Dragomir Hristov Velikov, manager of “Artea 3” EOOD, UIC 205631594 – legal representative of the company, as the Representative of the Bondholders of the Bond Issue of BACB, issued in compliance to art. 69a of the RRCIIFA.
