In connection with the integration of Tokuda Bank EAD into Bulgarian-American Credit Bank AD (BACB) and the upcoming technical migration, we would like to inform you about the main changes related to bank cards, ATMs and POS terminals.

Cards and ATMs

Until the official migration date, cash withdrawals from a BACB ATM using an active Mastercard card issued by Tokuda Bank will be charged at the same fee as withdrawals from a Tokuda Bank ATM, in accordance with Tokuda Bank’s current tariff.

Tokuda Bank Mastercard cards have already been reissued as BACB Visa cards and may be collected from the respective Tokuda Bank branch.

As of the official migration date, Tokuda Bank’s ATM network will become part of the BACB ATM network, and BACB’s applicable tariff will apply to ATM transactions.

POS Terminals

Merchants using Tokuda Bank POS terminals will continue to use their existing devices until the technical migration date.

Before the migration, they will receive new BACB POS terminals and new servicing agreements. The new terminals will be activated once the existing devices are deactivated, ensuring continuity in card payment acceptance.

Customers will be informed separately about the exact migration date and any required actions.
