We hereby inform you that on April 15, 2026 under the batch of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank in the Commercial Register and the Register on NPLE the decision we notified you of on April 1, 2026, namely the dismissal of Mr. Ilian Petrov Georgiev as a member of the Management Board and Executive Director (Chief Executive Officer) of “Bulgarian-American Credit Bank” AD was registered.

We hereby inform you that on April 14, 2026, under the batch of “Tokuda Bank” EAD (a wholly-owned subsidiary of BACB) in the Commercial Register and the Register of NPLE, the decisions we notified you of on April 1, 2026, were entered, namely the dismissal of Mr. Ilian Petrov Georgiev as a member of the Management Board and Executive Director of Tokuda Bank EAD.
